Date: Fridays; January 13 – February 24, 5:30pm – 6:30pm
This program will focus on first step movements, running mechanics and form technique to support each athlete in developing more overall speed and applying that speed to their respective sport. Classes will be held outside, proper attire for the elements is highly recommended. If the class should be canceled for inclement weather, you will be informed of the cancellation and a make-up class will be scheduled.
The focus of this training program is listed as follows:
Improve speed and speed endurance
Increase balance and stability
Increase power and acceleration
This program is available to athletes ages 8-14, across all sports, that have the desire to enhance their overall speed.
