The Round Rock Multipurpose Complex offers Skill Development Programs year-round to refine your athlete’s skill level, create an environment to cross-train in the off-season, and add additional opportunities to train in their sport of choice. **In the event of inclement weather, please plan to arrive to training on time unless you hear otherwise from our staff. We do our very best not to cancel training sessions because we understand parents plan weekly schedules based on their athlete attending training. If needed, we can always move training into our multipurpose rooms at the facility and adapt our curriculum.
Meet Our Coach: TJ Anders
SPECIALTY: Sports Performance
Coach TJ Anders joined the RRMPC in Dec. 2018. Before joining the team, this former college football player established partnerships with various organizations to provide superior training to athletes. Coach TJ discovered his passion for encouraging athletes to be better and do better while he was chasing dreams of his own. It was during his pursuit of Arena football and time as an Indoor football player, that fate catapulted him into his calling as a Sports Performance Coach. Coach TJ has successfully created and implemented unique training methods that are adaptable to the needs of each athlete. From skill training and plyometrics to enhancing flexibility and explosiveness, Coach TJ’s experience has afforded him the opportunity to help each athlete reach their full potential in and out of competition.
