Speed and Agility Training

Wednesdays; Sep 8 – Oct 20; 5-6pm 

Ages 8-10

The focus of this training program is listed as follows:

  • Running mechanics
  • Improve speed and speed endurance
  • Increase balance and stability
  • Improve mobility
  • Increase power and acceleration

This program is available to athletes ages 8-14, across all sports, that have the urge to enhance their overall speed. This program will focus on first step movements, running mechanics and form technique to support each athlete in developing more overall speed and applying that speed to their respective sport. Classes will be held outside, proper attire for the elements is highly recommended. If the class should be canceled for inclement weather, you will be informed of the cancellation and a make-up class will be scheduled.
