Small Group Football Skills Training

Our Football Skills Training program is meant for beginner athletes ages 8-12 that are interested in learning and improving in the game of football in a non-contact form. This program will build the foundation for each athlete’s individual skillset through drills focusing on agility, balance, coordination, footwork, offensive and defensive skill training and more. Athletes will also learn the value of communication and teamwork on the field in small sided scrimmages throughout the program.

The Football Skill Development program head coach will be TJ Anders of ITrain Sports Performance. A former collegiate football player, TJ is committed to helping each athlete enhance their football game and advance to the next level.
